? that is still under investigation. washington gas was out here for about four hours. the evacuated some homes, a church and a day care. there were never able to figure out what that odor was. they have determined the area is safe and are going to allow traffic to come back through. they are trying to determine why that cover blue and what led to this woman's very serious injuries. >>> rains and high winds caused serious problems across the metro area today punditry's tumbled -- . trees tumbled and landed on cars. a woman was burned after she touched a downed power line. in loudoun county, high water posed problems. one woman had to be rescued from the roof of her car after she got stuck in a flooded road. all of that rain gave way to some unseasonably warm temperatures. what a start to the week. >> 68 for a high at reagan national. the low was 56. that is a record. we have showers outside now. mainly across northern montgomery county into prince george's county. there were even some small areas of small hail. we have a flood warning in effect for the metro area in the overnight hours that inc
